Ajay’s journey to founding Vacmate Cleaning began with a move to Geelong for his Master’s in 3D Printing at Deakin University.

Falling in love with the region and inspired by his parents’ entrepreneurial spirit, he decided to call Geelong home and launched Vacmate. Over the past four years, Ajay has been committed to building a reliable, customer-focused cleaning service while fostering a strong and supportive team.

His leadership is rooted in a passion for excellence, continual improvement, and creating meaningful connections with clients and staff alike. Outside of work, Ajay enjoys reading, driving, traveling, and meeting new people, embracing every opportunity to learn and grow.
