Ajay Kalathil Kooloth Meethal

Founder

Ajay’s journey to founding Vacmate Cleaning began with a move to Geelong for his Master’s in 3D Printing at Deakin University.

Falling in love with the region and inspired by his parents’ entrepreneurial spirit, he decided to call Geelong home and launched Vacmate. Over the past four years, Ajay has been committed to building a reliable, customer-focused cleaning service while fostering a strong and supportive team.

His leadership is rooted in a passion for excellence, continual improvement, and creating meaningful connections with clients and staff alike. Outside of work, Ajay enjoys reading, driving, traveling, and meeting new people, embracing every opportunity to learn and grow.

Vasudha Chouhan

Residential Manager

Vasudha brings over nine years of customer service experience to Vacmate, where she thrives in her role as Residential Manager.

After moving to Australia and transitioning from a career in banking in India, Vasudha has quickly become a cornerstone of the Vacmate team. She’s dedicated to ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for our clients while fostering a safe and supportive environment for staff.

Vasudha’s personable nature and ability to connect with people reflect her passion for creating positive experiences for everyone she encounters. Outside of work, she enjoys hand art, finding peace and relaxation through creative expression.
