In most cases we can have a cleaner with you the next day. When you book, we’ll ask for two preferred dates and times and confirm whichever one works best. Same day availability may also apply depending on your location.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
Not at all. You’re welcome to stay, but many customers simply leave a key or provide access instructions at the time of booking. All our cleaners are police-checked, fully insured and vetted.
What's the difference between a regular clean and a deep clean?
A regular clean covers the everyday essentials, vacuuming, mopping, surfaces and bathrooms. A deep clean goes much further, tackling built-up grime, inside cupboards, grout, rangehoods, soft furnishings and all the areas that don’t get attention week to week.
