In most cases we can have a cleaner with you the next day. When you book online, we’ll ask you to nominate two preferred dates and times so we can confirm whichever one works best for both of us. Same day availability may also apply depending on your location.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
Not at all. You’re welcome to be home if you prefer, but many of our customers simply leave a key or provide access instructions at the time of booking. Our cleaners are fully police-checked, insured and vetted, so you can head off to work and come home to a spotless house.
Is there a lock-in contract for regular cleans?
No lock-in contracts, ever. You’re free to pause, reschedule or cancel at any time. We earn your repeat business by doing a great job, not by locking you in.
What's the difference between a regular clean and a deep clean?
A regular clean covers all the essentials, vacuuming, mopping, bathrooms, kitchen surfaces, dusting and tidying throughout your home. A deep clean goes further into the detail, targeting built-up grime, hard-to-reach areas and anything that hasn’t had a thorough going-over in a while. If your home hasn’t been cleaned in over a month, we’d recommend starting with a deep clean.
